About Evelio

I'm Evelio Silvera, a strategist based in Melbourne, Florida, and a father of three. I own Minuto Group, the company behind Sure & Sound, and I serve as Chief Strategy Officer at Hydromics, a green hydrogen company.

Before this I ran communications and strategy as a VP at a $600 million organization with 720 employees, worked as a legislative director in the state legislature, and built and sold two media companies, Daily Headlines and Bull Street Media. I studied at Western Kentucky University and Florida State University, and I'm a two-time national and international collegiate speech and debate champion.

My father taught me the vision and the work ethic I build on, and this letter is how I pass along what I've learned to the people building for theirs.
